تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اتجاهات المستفيدين من خدمات البوابة التعليمية بوزارة التربية والتعليم في ضوء متطلبات التعليم الالکتروني بسلطنة عمان. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لملائمة لطبيعة هذه الدراسة واشتملت عينة الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من الفئات المستفيدة من خدمات البوابة الالکترونية قوامها (722) مستفيدا وهم يمثلون سبع محافظات تعليمية بسلطنة عمان هي: مسقط، الباطنة شمال، الباطنة جنوب، الداخلية، الظاهرة، البريمي، مسندم. وکانت أهم الأدوات هي استمارة استبيان مقياس الاتجاهات معدة للمستفيدين- المقابلة الشخصية .- وکانت أهم النتائج ما يلي: اتجاهات أفراد العينة بصفة عامة ايجابية بدرجة متوسطة نحو الاستفادة من خدمات البوابة التعليمية.  وکانت أهم التوصيات ما يلي: تحديد العوامل التي تزيد من ايجابية الاتجاهات نحو استخدام البوابة التعليمية بما يتمشى مع متطلبات التعليم الالکتروني. وإقامة دورات تدريبية لجميع المستفيدين نحو استخدام أمثل للبوابة التعليمية.

Abstract
Trends beneficiaries of educational portal services at the Ministry of Education
In light of the requirements of e-learning in the Sultanate of Oman
 
The present study aims to identify the beneficiaries of the trends educational portal services at the Ministry of Education in the light of the requirements of e-learning in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher used a descriptive approach to appropriate to the nature of this study included a sample study on a random sample of beneficiaries of services portal strength (722) beneficiaries who represent seven provinces educational Oman are: Muscat, Batinah North, Batinah South, Dakhilya, Dahira, Buraimi, Musandam . The main tools are a questionnaire measure of trends prepared for the beneficiaries - the personal interview. - The most important results are: Trends respondents generally moderately positive towards the utilization of educational portal services. The main recommendations are: to identify the factors that increase positive attitudes towards the use of educational portal in line with the requirements of e-learning. And the establishment of training courses for all beneficiaries about optimal use of educational  portal.
