   يهدف هذا البحث إلى استقراء واقع المُجتمع المحلي الضيِّق الذي يعيش فيه الباحث مُمثَّلاً في مدينتي قوص ونقادة التابعتين لمحافظة قنا بصعيد مصر فيما يتعلَّق باضطراب تشتُّت الانتباه المصحوب بفرط الحرکة ADHD من حيث مُعدَّل انتشاره بين تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بصفةٍ عامةٍ، ومُعدَّل انتشاره بين کلِّ من الذکور والإناث منهم –کلٍ على حدا، ومُعدَّل انتشاره بين تلاميذ المدارس الحکومية والخاصَّة.ولتحقيق هدف هذا البحث تمَّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي، کما تمَّ الاعتماد على مقياس "تقدير المُعلِّم لمُشکلة ADHD لدي تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية" (إعداد حجَّاج غانِم أحمد، 2005م)،حيث طُبِّق المقياس على عينة مکونة من 179 طفلاً، وقد خَلُصَهذا البحث إلى أنَّ مُعدَّل انتشار هذا الاضطراب بين تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بصفة عامة بمجتمع البحث هي 11.2٪، في حين أنَّ هذا المُعدَّل بالنسبة للذکور منهم 17.16٪، والإناث 10.5٪.

Abstract:
     This paper aims to better determine the reality of the closed community in which the researcher lives, represented by the cities of Ques and Nakada, in the governorate of Quena in Upper Egypt concerning ADHD in the terms of its prevalence among elementary school students in general, and this prevalence -separately -among males and females, and this prevalence-separately - among students of public and private schools.
    To achieve its goal, this paper used the descriptive method and applied “Teacher Rating Scale ofADHD among primary school students” which prepared by (HaggagGhanim Ahmed, 2005) and applied on a sample consists of 200 child.   
     This paper could conclude that the general ratio in this community is about 11.2 %, whereas it’s about 17.16 % among males and 10.5 % among females.
