فاعلية استراتيجية التدريس الفريقي في تدريس التعبير الشفهي على تنمية مهارات الفهم الاستماعي لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي الأزهري

المستخلص:
     هدف البحث تعرف فاعلية استراتيجية التدريس الفريقي في تنمية مهارات الفهم الاستماعي لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي الأزهري, ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذا التصميم شبه التجريبي, وأُعِد لهذا الغرض اختبار (مهارات الفهم الاستماعي) وقد بلغ عدد مفرداته (20)مفردة, كما تم إعداد دليل المعلم للاسترشاد به في شرح موضوعات التعبير الشفهي حسب طريقة التدريس الفريقي, كذلك تم تدريب المعلمين المشاركين بالفريق التدريسي على تدريس هذه الموضوعات وفقاً لطريقة التدريس الفريقي التي تقوم على التعاون التام بين الأعضاء في مختلف مراحل التدريس, هذا وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث من تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي الأزهري بمعهد الحاجة فاطمة بإدارة أرمنت التعليمية الأزهرية, وعددها(60) تلميذًا من تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي الأزهري, تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وعددها (30) تلميذًا حيث درسوا موضوعات التعبير الشفهي بالطريقة العادية( معلم واحد), ومجموعة تجريبية وعددها (30) تلميذاً درسوا موضوعات التعبير الشفهي باستخدام استراتيجية التدريس الفريقي وبعد أن قام الباحث بتطبيق أداة البحث( اختبار مهارات الفهم الاستماعي) قبليًا وبعديًا, وبعد معالجة النتائج إحصائيًا كشفت نتائج البحث وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات الفهم الاستماعي لصالح تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية.

The effectiveness Of The Team Teaching strategy in Teaching  The oral expression on  developing Listening comprehension  skills of Second year preparatory  Al-Azhar students.
Abstract:
     The research aimed to identify the Effectiveness of using team-based teaching strategy to develop the listening comprehensive skills of second-grade Azhari preparatory students, and to achieve The research goals, the researcher used the experimental curriculum with semi-experimental design, for which purpose a test was prepared. His vocabulary was 20 words, and a teacher’s guide was prepared to guide the explanation of oral expression by team-teaching strategy. Teachers participating in the teaching team have also been trained to teach these subjects in accordance with the team-teaching strategy, which is based on full cooperation among members at different levels of teaching. The research sample was selected from the second-grade Azhari Preparatory School at the Hajah Fatima Institute of the Arment Department of Azhari Education.(60) Second grade Azhari preparatory students, divided in two groups (30) Pupils studying oral subjects in the traditional way (one teacher)An experimental group of ( 30) students studied the subjects of oral expression using the team-teaching strategy and after the researcher applied the Search tool. The results of the study revealed a statistical difference between the average grades of the students of the experimental group and the controlled group in the remote application to test the listening understanding skills for the students of the  experimental group.
