تطوير التعليم الجامعي نحو التعليم لريادة الأعمال في ضوء أبعاد التنمية المستدامة "رؤية مقترحة"

   تسعى العديد من الدول في جميع أنحاء العالم ، وخاصة البلدان النامية ، بما في ذلك مصر ، إلى الحد من البطالة من أجل تحقيق الهدف الثامن من أهداف التنمية المستدامة للأمم المتحدة 2030 ، الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي الشامل والمستدام ، وتحقيق العمالة الكاملة من خلال توفير فرص عمل لائقة للأفراد. و تعتبر ريادة الأعمال أحد المحركات الرئيسة للتنمية المستدامة والنمو الاقتصادي ، لذا فهي تؤدي دورًا حيويًا في اقتصاديات العديد من بلدان العالم. كما يعد التعليم لريادة الأعمال الآلية الأساسية للتحول نحو ريادة الأعمال ، إذ يتولي التعليم لريادة الأعمال مهمة تزويد الشباب بالمهارات اللازمة والقدرات الإبداعية لبناء شخصيتهم واتجاهاتهم ورؤيتهم، مما يساعدهم علي إنشاء مشروعات ريادية تمكن من خلق فرص عمل وخفض معدل البطالة في مصر. لذلك ، هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي لكل من التنمية المستدامة والتعليم لريادة الأعمال ، كما هدفت إلي تحليل الوضع الراهن لتعليم ريادة الأعمال وريادة الأعمال في مصر. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لملائمته لطبيعة موضوع الدراسة ولتحقيق الأهداف المرجوه. ومن ثم خلصت الدراسة إلى صياغة رؤية مقترحة تمكن من تطوير التعليم الجامعى نحو تعليم لريادة الأعمال في ضوء أبعاد التنمية المستدامة.

Abstract: 
   Many Countries over the world, especially the developing countries, including Egypt, seek to reduce unemployment in order to achieve the eighth objective of the United Nations 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs), which aim to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, and to achieve full employment by providing decent work.  Entrepreneurship is considered one of the main key drivers for Sustainable Development and Economic growth so it has a vital role in the economies of many countries over the world. Entrepreneurship Education is considered the essential mechanism of transforming towards Entrepreneurship, as it provides youth with necessary skills and creative capabilities to build their personality, attitudes and vision, which helps them to establish entrepreneurial projects that enable to create jobs and reduce the unemployment rate in Egypt. Therefore, the research aims to study the theoretical and conceptual framework of both Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship Education. Also; it aims to analyze the current status of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education in Egypt. Finally, it concluded with formulating a proposed vision for Developing Higher Education towards Entrepreneurship Education in the light of the Dimensions of Sustainable Development. To achieve these previous goals, the research used the descriptive approach.
