الهشاشة النفسية لدي عينة من طلاب الجامعة: دراسة كلينيكية

   هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن السمات والخصائص النفسية والشخصية  المميزة للطلاب ذوي الدرجات المتطرفة على مقياس الهشاشة النفسية، والتعرف على البناء النفسي الذي يميزهم، والكشف عن أهم العوامل النفسية والأسرية الكامنة والظاهرة التي سببت تلك البنية النفسية الهشة للطلاب عينة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من ثلاث حالات حصلن على درجات متطرفة (في الأرباع الأعلى) على مقياس الهشاشة النفسية، واستخدم في البحث الحالي عدد من الأدوات: مقياس الهشاشة النفسية لطلاب الجامعة من العينات غير الكلينيكية، إعداد الباحثة، واختبار مينيسوتا متعدد الأوجه للشخصية Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI- 2)، إعداد/ مليكة،2000، واستمارة المقابلة الكلينيكية، إعداد الباحثة، واختبار رسم الأسرة المتحركة Kinetic Family Drawing (K.F.D)، إعداد/ Burns & Kaufman، ترجمة/ عبد الفتاح،2015، واختبار تفهم الموضوع للراشدين Thematic Apperception Test (T.A.T)، إعداد/ Bellak، ترجمة/ خطاب، 2012، وتوصل البحث إلى أن هناك أبعادًا وسمات شخصية ميزت الطلاب ذوي الهشاشة النفسية المرتفعة، وأن البناء النفسي لهؤلاء الطلاب اتسم بالتصدع والخلل والاضطراب، حيث صورة الذات السلبية، وانخفاض تقدير الذات وعدم الرضا عنها، وظهور النقص في اشباع الاحتياجات العاطفية الأساسية، ومعاناة الصراعات، وضعف الانا واللجوء إلى ميكانيزمات دفاعية غير ناضحة لمحاولة التكيف، وإدراك البيئة بوصفها عدوانية ومحبطة، وغير متعاطفة، كما اتسم النسق الأسري بالتسلط والقسوة، والعنف، واحباط إشباع الاحتياجات الأساسية من الحب والتقبل والاهتمام.

Psychological vulnerability for a sample of    university students: Clinical Study
Abstract:
   The current research aimed to reveal the distinctive psychological and personal characteristics of students with high scores on the psychological vulnerability scale, to identify the psychological structure that distinguishes them, and to reveal the most important family factors caused that vulnerable psychological structure for students, research sample consisted of three Cases that obtained high scores on the psychological vulnerability scale,  tools were used in the current research, including: the psychological vulnerability scale for university students from non-clinical samples, prepared by the researcher, and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory ( MMPI-2, prepared by Malika, 2000, and  the clinical interview form, prepared by the researcher, and the Kinetic Family Drawing (K.F.D) test, prepared by Burns & Kaufman, translated and presented by Abdel Fattah, 2015, and a  Thematic Apperception Test (T.A.T), prepared by / Leopold Bellak, translated and presented by / Khattab, 2012, and the research concluded that there are dimensions and personality traits that characterized the personality of  students with high psychological vulnerability, and that the psychological structure of these students was characterized by cracks, imbalances and disorders, where the negative self-image, low self-esteem and dissatisfaction with it, the emergence of the lack of satisfaction of basic emotional needs, the suffering of conflicts, the weakness of the ego and the resort to immature defensive mechanisms to try to adapt, And the perception of the environment as aggressive, frustrating, and unsympathetic, and the family system was characterized by authoritarianism, cruelty, violence, and frustration of satisfying basic needs of love, acceptance and attention.
