الدَّور التَّربويّ للأندية الرِّياضيّة لمواجهة التَّعصّب الرِّياضيّ

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور التربويّ للأندية الرياضيّة في مواجهة التعصب الرياضيّ من وجهة نظر الإداريّين، واللاعبين في ناديَيْ: التعاون، والرائد، كما هدفت إلى اكتشاف المعوقات التي تُحدّ من تفعيل الدور التربويّ للأندية في مواجهة التعصب الرياضيّ من وجهة نظر الإداريّين واللاعبين في الناديَيْن، واعتمدت الدراسة على المدخل النوعيّ، واستخدمت المقابلة لجمع البيانات.
تكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع اللاعبين والإداريين في ناديَيْ التعاون والرائد (عددهم 170)؛ حيث تم اختيار عينة قصديّة بلغ حجمها (13) مشاركًا (5 إداريين-8 لاعبين). توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، فقد أكدت الدراسة أنّ الأندية الرياضيّة لها رسالة وأهداف رياضيّة، واجتماعيّة، وثقافيّة، وتربويّة تسهم في تخفيف التعصب الرياضيّ، إضافة إلى البرامج التي تهدف إلى التوعية بأهمية التخلَّق بأخلاق الرياضة، والمنافسة الشريفة، بعيدًا من التعصب الرياضيّ، واستفزاز المنافسين والجماهير، من ناحية أخرى، أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف دور الأندية في مواجهة التعصب الرياضيّ؛ لعدم وجود تنظيم رسميّ يفرض على الأندية المشاركة الفاعلة في الحد من ظاهرة التعصب الرياضيّ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعوقات التي تحدِّ من تفعيل الدور التربويّ للأندية الرياضيّة لمواجهة التعصب الرياضيّ تمثّلت في: "المعوقات الماديّة ـــــ ضعف الوعي بأضرار التعصب، وضعف التعاون بين المؤسسات التربويّة، والدور السلبيّ للإعلام، وعدم الجديّة في معالجة التعصب الرياضيّ"، وأوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بالدور التربويّ، والثقافيّ، والاجتماعيّ للنادي، وتخصيص جزء من المخصصات الماليّة لتقديم الأنشطة التربويّة للمساهمة في الحدِّ من ظاهرة التعصب الرياضيّ.

Abstract:
     The study aimed to understand the educational role of sports clubs to confront sports intolerance. In addition, it aimed to explore obstacles that may limit of the activating of the educational role of clubs to sports intolerance from the perspectives of administrators and players’ at the Al- Taawoun and Al- Raed Club. The study adopted a ground theory approach and applied interviews for data collection. The study population consisted of (170) players and administrators. The sample size was (13) participants (5 administrators and 8 players) that was chosen purposely. The study confirmed that sports clubs have a sporting, social, cultural and educational mission and goals that contribute to relieve sports intolerance that can be contribute to raise awareness of the importance of sports' ethics and honest competition to avoid sports intolerance and provoking competitors and fans. On the other hand, the results indicated the weak role of clubs in confronting sports intolerance, due to the absence of an official organization that forced the clubs to participate effectively in reducing the phenomenon of sports intolerance. The study found that the obstacles that limited the activation of the educational role of sports clubs to confront sports intolerance were represented in financial obstacles, and weak awareness of sport intolerance; weak cooperation between educational institutions; the negative role of the media and lack of seriousness of sport clubs in solving this issue. Therefore, the study recommended that it is more important to activate the educational, cultural, and social role of sport clubs in order to play a major role to contribute in reducing the phenomenon of sports intolerance.
