الشراكة بين مدارس التعليم الفني المزدوج ومؤسسات التدريب المهني في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى واقع مدارس التعليم الفني المزدوج في مؤسسات التدريب المهني في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت الأداة الاستبانه وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها(300) من الموجهين والمعلمين والقائمين على التدريب وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: ضعف المشاركة المجتمعية في نشر الوعي بين أفراد المجتمع المصري بأهمية الشراكة بين مدارس التعليم الفني المزدوج ومؤسسات التدريب المهني، غموض فلسفة التعليم الفني المزدوج وعدم وضوحها مما أثر سلبا على قدراته التنافسية، قصور في الاعتمادات المالية المخصصة للمدارس التعليم الفني المزدوج مما لا يساعد على الوفاء بمتطلبات الورش والمعامل، ضعف مستوى البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للطلاب، ضعف الإعداد التخصصي والمهني لبعض المعلمين والمدربين بالمدارس والمؤسسات التدريبية، ضعف المهارات والكفاءة العالية عند بعض القيادات وإفتقارهم لوسائل الإدارة الحديثة، وجود فجوة متسعة بين ما يدرسه الطالب بمدارس التعليم الفني المزدوج وبين ما يتدرب علية في الواقع الفعلي، عدم اتساق التخصصات مع الاحتياجات الفعلية لسوق العمل.

Abstract
Partnership between dual technical education schools and vocational training institutions in the light of contemporary global trends
     The study aimed to identify the reality of dual technical education schools in vocational training institutions in the light of contemporary global trends. The study used the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire tool. The study was applied to a sample of (300) mentors, teachers and those in charge of training, and it reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Weak community participation in spreading awareness among members of the Egyptian society of the importance of partnership between dual technical education schools and vocational training institutions, the ambiguity and lack of clarity of the dual technical education philosophy, which negatively affected its competitiveness, deficiencies in the financial funds allocated to dual technical education schools, which does not help to meet the requirements Workshops and laboratories, poor level of training programs offered to students, weak skills and high efficiency of some leaders and their lack of modern management methods, a widening gap between what students study in dual technical education schools and what they are trained in in actual reality, inconsistency of disciplines with the actual needs of the labor market .
