تطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني التجاري في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة

المستخلص :
تناولت الدراسة تطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني التجاري في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة , وهدفت الدراسة التعرف على ملامح وواقع مشكلات التعليم التجاري , والكشف عن دواعي التطوير, والتعرف على أهم الاتجاهات المعاصرة لتطويره , وتقديم تصور مقترح يسهم في عملية التطوير . واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة ونوعية الدراسة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فجوة بين مخرجات التعليم الفني التجاري وبين الاحتياجات الفعلية لسوق العمل من تخصصات ومهارات , أيدها وجود بطالة بين خريجي نوعيات هذا النوع من التعليم , وان التعليم التجاري في مصر يواجه عديد من المشكلات منها : العجز في الخريجين المؤهلين والمدربين والقابلين للتكيف من الناحية التكنولوجية , والنظرة المتدنية للتعليم الفني من قبل المجتمع , وضعف كفاءة المعلمين والمدربين , وضعف برامج التعليم الفني وعدم ارتباطها بسوق العمل وقلة الميزانيات المخصصة لتجهيز المدارس الفنية بالمعامل والمعدات اللازمة لخدمة المناهج , وعدم مساهمة القطاع الخاص في تقديم فرص لتدريب الطلاب في المصانع والشركات لاكتساب مهارات فعلية على أرض الواقع , بالإضافة إلي عدم ربط المناهج الدراسية بسوق العمل واحتياجاته طبقًا للأسس التكنولوجية الحديثة , وقد أنعكس ذلك على مستوى الطالب من حيث التأهيل المطلوب , وقد أصبح إعداد الكوادر الفنية المؤهلة لسوق العمل عملاً يحتاج إلي جهود كبيرة لمواجهة الاحتياجات المهنية الحالية والمستقبلية .

The development of commercial technical secondary education according to some contemporary trends.
This study discusses the development of commercial technical secondary education according to some contemporary trends. It also aims to identify the features and reality of the commercial education problems. It reveals the reasons for development and identify the most important contemporary trends for its development. It presents a proposed vision that contributes to the  development process. The study uses the descriptive approach that is commensurate with the nature and quality of the study. The study concludes a gap between the outputs of commercial technical education and the actual needs of the labor market in terms of specializations and skills. It is supported by the unemployment among graduates of this type of education. Commercial education in Egypt also faces many problems like the shortage of skilled graduates and well adaptable trainers in technology, moreover looking down at the technical education by the community, the bad efficiency of teachers and trainers,  the weakness of technical education programs and its lack of connection with the labor market and the budget lack to equip technical schools with laboratories and equipment which helps to serve the curricula and the private sector’s failure to provide opportunities for training students in factories and companies to acquire actual skills in actual practice. In addition to not linking the curricula to the labor market and its needs in accordance with modern technological foundations which affected the quality of these graduates. Preparing technical staffs to deal with market labor does really need great efforts to satisfy present and future needs.
