العصر الرقمي: مفهومه وخصائصه ومتطلباته وتاثيره على قيم المواطنة

العصر الرقمي وتداعياته آثر على المجتمع المصري وعلى التمسك بالقيم السليمة كالتسامح والعدالة والإلتزام الاجتماعي واحترام الاختلافات الثقافية والنقد البناء والعطاء والصدق، كما آثر على قيم المواطنة التي تعد من أهم القيم التي يجب أن يتحلى بها الطالب باعتبارها تشكل جزء من حياته الاجتماعية والسياسية ولا يستقيم مجتمع بدونها. كما أنه في ظل العصر الرقمي أصبحت القيم الإنسانية والحضارية المعاصرة المتفرعة من مبادئ حقوق الانسان كالمواطنة والتسامح والسلام والحوار وقبول الأختلاف من بين أهم الأفكار والقيم الحداثية التي واكبت هذا العصر، لذلك يجب على المؤسسة التعليمية أن تمتلك رؤية تربوية واضحة من أجل مواكبتها لمتطلبات العصر الرقمي بهدف التربية على قيم المواطن بشكل سليم. والعصر الرقمي يُختلف في تحديد وقت محدد لبداية ظهوره، فيرى البعض أنه بدأ منذ ظهور الحواسيب الشخصية، ويرى آخرون أنه بدأ فعليًا مع ظهور الإنترنت، ولكن اتفق الجميع على مدى تأثير العصر الرقمي في حياتنا اليومية أيًا كانت بداية ظهوره. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن التطور التكنولوجي والتوسع الهائل في استخدام نتاجه اكسب مستخدميه عادات وثقافات ومعارف جديدة مما نتج عنه التخلي عن بعض القيم الثقافية والاجتماعية والاخلاقية للهوية الوطنية وتقليد الشخصية الغربية التي تعمل على طمس الشخصية والهوية الوطنية للمجتمعات، وأن الأنشطة المختلفة التي يمارسها مستخدمو مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي سواء كانت أنشطة ثقافية أو اجتماعية أو فنية تعد من الأمور المهمة جدًا لإيجاد وتنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الشباب وتكوين المواطن الصالح من خلال غرس وتنمية القيم والمعايير الاجتماعية في نفوسهم. وأن مع ظهور التعليم الرقمي ظهر في المقابل مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية.

Digital Era and its consequences have greatly affected the Egyptian society andhave also affected holding sound values such as tolerance, justice, social commitment,respecting cultural differences, positive criticism,giving and being truthful.Additionally, this digital era has affected on values of citizenship which is regarded asone of the most significant values forstudents because of being a part of his/her social,political life which arevery pivotal in building societies.Also, in the light of the digital age,contemporary human and cultural values ​​branching out from the principlesof human rights such as citizenship, tolerance, peace, dialogue andacceptance of difference are among the most important modernist ideas andvalues ​​that accompanied this era. Proper education on citizen values.The digital age differns in specifying a specific time for the beginning of its appearance, some believe that it began with the advent of personal computers, and others believe that it actually began with the advent of the Internet, but everyone agreed on the extent of the impact of the digital age in our daily lives, whatever its beginning.
