      هدف البحث على الكشف عن واقع تنمية القدرات الديناميكية بجامعة جنوب الوادي من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية من قيادات جامعة جنوب الوادي (عمداء الكليات، وكلاء الكليات، ورؤساء الأقسام)، وأعضاء وحدات ضمان الجودة والتأهيل للاعتماد، والتخطيط الإستراتيجي، بلغت (213) مستجيبًا، وأظهرت النتائج درجة واقع تنمية القدرات الديناميكية بجامعة جنوب الوادي جاءت متوسطة (1,81) من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، وأوصى البحث بتعزيز اهتمام الجامعة بتنمية قدراتها الديناميكية من خلال عقد الورش والندوات، واستخدام التكنولوجيا، وتطويع التحول الرقمي في زيادة قدراتها الديناميكية.

The reality of developing dynamic capabilities at South Valley University
Abstract
              The aim of the research is to identify the reality of developing dynamic capabilities of South Valley University from the point of view of the research sample. The research used the descriptive approach by applying a questionnaire to a random sample of leaders of South Valley University (deans of faculties, vice deans, and heads of departments), and members of the quality assurance and qualification units for accreditation and planning. Strategic Studies, amounted to (213) respondents, and the results showed that the degree of the reality of developing dynamic capabilities at South Valley University was medium (1.81) from the point of view of the research sample, the research recommended enhancing the university's interest in developing its dynamic capabilities through holding workshops and seminars, using technology, and adapting digital transformation to increase its dynamic capabilities.
