الشراكة التربوية بين كلية التربية بقنا والأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين ( تصور مقترح )

المستخلص :
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الشراكة التربوية ، وأهدافها بين كلية التربية بقنا والأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين فرع قنا؛ مع عرض مجالات الشراكة التربوية بينهما وأهميتها، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي ، وعرفت الدراسة الشراكة التربوية بين كلية التربية والأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين إجرائيًا بــــ : جملة الاجراءات والآليات التدريسية والبحثية والتدريبية التي تتخذ بين الجهتين ؛ لتطوير وتحسين أداء المعلم أثناء إعداده ، وأثناء قيامه بالعمل داخل وخارج الصف . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى :أهمية الشراكة التربوية بين كلية التربية والأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين ؛وفاعليتها في تحسين عمليات التعليم والتعلم ،قدرة كليات التربية على التطوير والتحسين ليس فقط لمخرجاتها ،وإنما لمدخلاتها أيضًا،الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين لها اختصاصات وأهداف تعمل على تحسين العملية التعليمية،تلتقي أهداف كلية التربية مع أهداف الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين في إعداد المعلم وتدريبه أثناء الخدمة فهما مكونا المعلم ، إجاد المتطلبات والآليات المقترحة لبناء شراكة بين كلية التربية بقنا والأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.

Abstract:
               This study aimed to: identify the concept of educational partnership, and its objectives between the Faculty of Education in Qena and the Professional Academy for Teachers, Qena branch; With the presentation of areas of educational partnership between them and their importance, and used the descriptive approach,The study defined the educational partnership between the College of Education and the Professional Academy for Teachers procedurally as: the number of teaching, research and training procedures and mechanisms that are taken between the two sides; To develop and improve the performance of the teacher during his preparation, and while performing work inside and outside the classroom.    
               The study concluded: the importance of the educational partnership between the College of Education and the Professional Academy for Teachers; and its effectiveness in improving the teaching and learning processes; the ability of the Colleges of Education to develop and improve not only their outputs, but also their inputs; Education with the goals of the Professional Academy for Teachers in preparing the teacher and training him during the service, as they are the components of the teacher, Finding the proposed requirements and mechanisms to build a partnership between the Faculty of Education in Qena and the Professional Academy for Teachers.
