تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المدرسة الثانوية الفنية الصناعية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية، وتقديم التصور المقترح لتفعيل دور المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها. واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة أن المواطنة لها عدة اتجاهات ويصعب وضع تعريف محدد لها حيث تختلف باختلاف رؤية الباحثين والتربويين لمفهوم المواطنة ووفقًا لطبيعة البحث، فالمواطنة أوسع وأشمل من وضعها في مفهوم فهى أقرب إلى فلسفة تختلف باختلاف طبيعة البحث، من حيث الجانب القانوني أو الديني أو النفسي. وقيم المواطنة تتكون من عدة أبعاد منها البعد السياسي، والبعد الاجتماعي، والبعد الثقافي، والبعد الاقتصادي. تعد قيم المواطنة من القضايا التي لا تنتهي بإنتهاء حقبة زمنية معينة كما تفرض نفسها عند البدء في دراسة أي فرع من فروع التنمية الإنسانية بصفة خاصة والتطوير والتغيير بصفة عامة، ولذلك نجد المواطنة تلقي اهتمامًا كبيرًا على كافة المستويات التشريعي والتربوي متمثلًا في مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية المختلفة التي لابد وأن تسعى إلى غرس المواطنة قيمًا وممارسات وسلوكيات لدى النشىء ولدى الشباب من أجل تحقيق الإندماج الوطني الكامل دون إقصاء أو تهميش طيف من أطياف الشعب. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تنمية قيم المواطنة لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية الفنية الصناعية لها أهمية كبيرة حيث تمثل تلك المرحلة مرحلة تعليمية منتهية لأغلب خريجيها، يتخرجوا منها إلى سوق العمل مباشرةً لذلك يقع على عاتق المدرسة الثانوية الفنية الصناعية تخريج طالب يتسم بالشجاعة والصدق والثقة بالنفس والشعور بالمسئولية؛ ومواطن يعتز بوطنه وحضارته.

Suggested conception a Role of Industrial Technical Secondary Schools in Developing Values of
Citizenship for their Students
Abstract:
Objectives of the Study, Recognizing and determining values of citizenship for students of industrial technical secondary schools and Recognizing and determining reality of industrial technical secondary schools role in developing values of citizenship for their student. This study is based on the descriptive approach. Important Findings of the Study,citizenship has several aspects and it is difficult to provide a single specific
definition for citizenship as it varies with the variance of educationalists and
researchers vision of the concept of citizenship. Additionally, citizenship
definition differs according to nature of the research. Accordingly,
citizenship is broader and more general than putting it in just one specific
definition. Therefore, citizenship is near to philosophy as it differs according
to nature of the research based on legal, religious and/or psychological
aspect. Values of citizenship consist of several dimensions including the political dimension, social dimension, cultural dimension and the economical one. Citizenship is regarded as one of the aspects and issues which do not end with the end of a particular era. In addition, citizenship poses itself when studying any branch of human development branches in particular and when studying change and development in general. Accordingly, much interest is paid to citizenship on all legislative and educational levels represented in several organisations of social education which must seek to foster citizenship in the form of values, practices and behaviours for children and young people alike for the main purpose of achieving the perfect national incorporation without exclusion or marginalisation for one group of
the society’s several groups. The results of the study also showed that the development of the values ​​of citizenship for students of artificial technical secondary levels is of great importance, as this stage represents an expired educational stage for most of its graduates, graduating from it to the labor market directly, so the industrial artistic secondary school is based on the graduation of a student with courage, honesty, self -confidence and a sense of responsibility; And a citizen cherishes his homeland and his civilization.
