متطلبات التعليم الهجين ومعوقاته "دراسة تحليلية "

ظهرت الكثير من المستحدثات التكنولوجية التي تهدف إلى جعل المتعلم محور العملية التعليمية، بدلا من المعلم، والتركيز على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط والتعاوني، ومن هذه المستحدثات التعليم الهجين  ويعني استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم لإيصال المعلومة للطالب بأقل وقت وجهد وأكبر فائدة، وأصبح التعليم الهجين من الأنماط الجديدة للتعليم والتي تسهم في تحقيق ديمقراطية التعليم العالي، لأنها توفر فرص التعليم الجامعي لقاعدة عريضة من أفراد المجتمع في أي وقت وأي مكان، وفي ضوء الطفرة الإلكترونية الحديثة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ويتميز التعليم الهجين بالجامعات بالمرونة في التعليم عبر الإنترنت لدى الطلاب، والحفاظ على التواجد الطلابي داخل قاعة التدريس وتوفير الوقت والجهد لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس, وعليه تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على التعليم الهجين لجامعة جنوب الوادي في ضوء التحديات العالمية المعاصرة من حيث أنماطه وخصائصه ومعوقاته.

Many technological innovations have emerged that aim to make the learner the focus of the educational process, rather than the teacher, and focus on active and collaborative learning strategies, Among these innovations is e-learning, which means the use of technology in education to deliver information to the student with the least time and effort and the greatest benefit, Hybrid education has become one of the new patterns of education that contribute to achieving democracy in higher education, Because it provides university education opportunities for a broad base of society members at any time and any place, In light of the recent electronic boom in information and communication technology, Hybrid education in universities is characterized by the flexibility of online education for students, Preserving the student presence inside the classroom and saving the time and effort of the faculty members, Accordingly, the problem of the study is determined in identifying the hybrid education of South Valley University in the light of contemporary global challenges in terms of its patterns, characteristics and obstacles.
