تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور رأس المال الاجتماعي في تحقيق التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي

المستخلص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلــى الوقوف على الإطار الفكري لرأس المال الاجتماعي وأثره على التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي، من خلال أبعاده الثلاثة، البعد الهيكلي، والبعد المعرفي، والبعد العلائقي، وعلاقته على التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي، ومــن ثــم إعــداد تصوراً مقترحاً لتفعيل دور رأس المال الاجتماعي في تحقيق التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المـنهج الوصـفي التحليلي، والــذي یقــوم علــى تحليل واستقراء الأدبيات السابقة التي تناولت الموضوع، ومن خلال هذا التحليل خلصت الدراسة الراهنة إلى أن رأس المال الاجتماعي يشجع على إقامة العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل مدارس التعليم الثانوي، لتعزيز ثقة العاملين في مكان العمل وبالتالي الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليميات الصادرة من الإدارة، مما يسهم في زيادة القدرة على تحقيق التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، كما يسهم رأس المال الاجتمـاعي فـي بنـاء خطة متكاملة للتنمية المهنية للمعلمين فـي مـدارس التعلـیم الثـانوي مـن خـلال زیـادة فـرص اكتسـاب وإنتاج ونشر المعرفـة، واﻛﺗﺳﺎب ﻣﻌﺎرف وخبرات ﺟدﯾدة، ونقـدها ومعالجتهـا، وتطبیقهـا، وإنتاجها، وﺗﻔﻌﯾل دورﻫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺣﻘﯾق اﻟﺗﻧﻣﯾﺔ المهنية للمعلمين، ونشرها داخل المجتمع المدرسي.

A proposed vision to activate the role of social capital in achieving professional development for secondary education teachers
Abstract:    
The current study aimed to identify the intellectual framework of social capital and its impact on the professional development of secondary education teachers, through its three dimensions, the structural dimension, the cognitive dimension, and the relational dimension, and its relationship to the professional development of secondary education teachers, and then prepare a proposed vision to activate the role of capital The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, which is based on the analysis and extrapolation of previous literature on the subject. Through this analysis, the current study concluded that social capital encourages the establishment of social relations within secondary schools, to enhance Confidence of workers in the workplace and thus adherence to the regulations and instructions issued by the administration, which contributes to increasing the ability to achieve professional development for teachers. Social capital also contributes to building an integrated plan for professional development for teachers in secondary schools by increasing opportunities to acquire knowledge, criticize and process it. and its application, production, and dissemination within the school community.
