المتطلبات التربوية لتفعيل ريادة الاعمال بالتعليم الجامعي

هدفت الدراسة التعرف علي المتطلبات التربوية لتفعيل ريادة الاعمال بالتعليم الجامعي في مصر، وذلك من خلال التعرف علي الاطار الفكري والفلسفي لريادة الاعمال، ماهيتها بما يتضمن (المفهوم، الاهداف، والاهمية)وكذلك التعرف علي الجهود المبذولة لتفعيل ريادة الاعمال بالتعليم الجامعي ومبررات تفعيل ريادة الاعمال، كما استخدمه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة ونوعية الدراسة وتوصلت الدراسة الي معارضة الاكاديميين للتحول الكامل للفكر الريادي بسبب سوء فهمهم للنتائج المرتقبة للتغيير، عدم استيعاب المعرفة والمهارات الريادية وعدم كفايتها وضعف انظمة التدريب، غياب الدعم المؤسسي أو الممارسات غير فعالة من الجامعات تجاه عناصر الريادة وتدني نظم المكافآت والحوافز التشجيعية مما يقلل فرص الابتكار، افتقار الجامعات المصرية الي الخبرات التسويقية في ترويج البحوث والافكار ونقل التقنية. The study aimed to identify the educational requirements for activating entrepreneurship in university education in Egypt, by identifying the intellectual and philosophical framework of entrepreneurship, its nature including (concept, goals, and importance), as well as identifying the efforts made to activate entrepreneurship in university education and the justifications for activating entrepreneurship. The study also used the analytical descriptive approach that is commensurate with the nature and quality of the study. The study concluded that academics oppose the complete transformation of entrepreneurial thought because of their misunderstanding of the expected results of change, lack of assimilation of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, their insufficiency, weak training systems, absence of institutional support or ineffective practices from universities towards elements Leadership and low reward systems and incentives, which reduces opportunities for innovation, lack of in promoting research, ideas and technology transfer.
