هدفتالدراسةإليوضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتنمية الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمى المرحلة الثانوية العامة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030،واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أهمية تنمية الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمى المرحلة الثانوية العامة فى ضوء التطورات التكنولوجية، والتغيرات العالمية المتسارعة، والتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المحلية والاقليمية، ومن خلال ماتطرحه رؤية مصر2030، وأن ضعف الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمى المرحلة الثانوية،  نتيجة لقصور خلفيتهم العلمية والثقافية، وضعف طرق تأهيلهم، وعدم مداومة تدريبهم، وضعف الحافز لديهم، وإعداد المعلمين بأساليب وطرق ترسخ  عمليات العجز عن التفكير الناقد والإبداع، وشكلية الدورات التدريبية من حيث الهدف والمضمون، وأوصتالدراسة بأهمية تصميم وصياغة البرامج التدريبية لمعلمى المرحلة الثانوية، وعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية للمعلمين، وإعدادهم بشكل مستمر بما ينسجم مع متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030، وبما يسهم في رفع كفاءة المعلمين، والاستفادة من نظام التدريب عن بعد، والتعلم الذاتى في تنفيذ بعضا من برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين ومواكبة الثورة التكنولوجية ومتطلبات التنمية المستدامة.

Abstact:
The study aimed to prepareaproposed strategyto develop the professional efficiency of secondary school teachers in the light of  Egypts vision 2030. The study relied on the descriptive approach. The researcher used the questionnaire as atool for the study. The results of the study showed the importance of the development the professional efficiency of secondary school teachers in light of technological development, rapid global changes, and local economic and social changes and  regional, and through what Egypts vision 2030 purposes, and that the weakness of  professional efficiency of secondary school teachers is aresult of their short comings in their scientific and cultural back ground, weak methods of qualifying them,lack of continuity in their training,weak motivation for them, and the formality of training courses in terms of goal and content.The study recommended the importance of designing and formulating training programs for secondary school teachers and holding scientific seminars and conferences for teachers and their continuous prepation in line with the requirements of Egypts vision 2030 and in away that contributes to raising the efficiency of the teachers,Andtake advantage of the distance training and self- learning system in implementing some of the professional development programs for teachers and keeping pace with the technological revolution and the requirements of sustainable development.
