دور مدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم وجمعية تنميه المجتمع ورعاية حفظة القرآن الكريم بالمنيا في تعزيز المسئولية التربوية لمعلمي تلك المدارس تجاه دارسيهم

ملخص البحث:
هدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على واقع دور مدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم وجمعية تنمية المجتمع ورعاية حفظة القرآن الكريم بالمنيا في تعزيز المسئولية التربوية لمعلمي تلك المدارس تجاه دارسيهم من وجهة نظر هؤلاء المعلمين، بعد التعرف على تلك الممارسات التي تعكس مسئوليتهم التربوية تجاه دارسيهم، والأدوار التي ينبغي أن تقوم بها تلك المدارس وهذه الجمعية في تعزيز هذه المسئولية التربوية، وتقديم مقترحات لتطوير دور هذه المدارس وتلك الجمعية في تعزيز المسئولية التربوية لمعلميها، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، من خلال استبانة طُبقت على (438) معلمًا من معلمي مدارس تحفيظ القرآن الكريم بالمنيا؛ للتحقق من هذا الدور.
وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أنه وبشكل عام تمَّ رصد تحقق (متوسط) لدور هذه المدارس وتلك الجمعية في تعزيز المسئولية التربوية لمعلميها، ركز على تعزيز بعض الممارسات الأخلاقية والأدبية والقانونية دون التوسع في آليات وممارسات تعزيز المسئولية التربوية لمعلميها، وقدَّم البحث في نهايته مجموعة من المقترحات لتطوير هذا الدور، منها: إقرار برنامج دبلوم تربوي خاص بمعلمي تلك المدارس، بالتعاون مع جهات الاختصاص، وإصدار دليل للمعلمين بالكفايات التربوية الضرورية لهم، مدعوم بأنشطة تطبيقية فعالة، وتصميم بطاقة لتقويم الأداء السنوي لهؤلاء المعلمين وفق الكفايات، والمهام، والمسئوليات التربوية وتوظيفها والعمل بها، والحرص على التعاون بين هذه المدارس وخبراء التربية بالجامعات، والمؤسسات التعليمية؛ لتقديم تنمية مهنية مستمرة لهم؛ ولتوعيتهم -بشكل دائم- بمسئولياتهم تجاه دارسيهم، واستحداث أساليب تشجيع المعلمين المخلصين في أدائهم التربوي مع دارسيهم ماديًا ومعنويًا، واقتراح تعديل مسمى تلك المدارس ليصبح "مدارس تعليم القرآن الكريم"؛ حتى يتوافق مع أهدافها، ورسالتها.

The Reality of the Role of the Holy Qur’an Memorization Schools and the Community Development Association and Care of Holy Qur’an Memorizers in Minya in Enhancing the Educational Responsibility of Teachers in those Schools Towards their Students.
Abstract
            The aim of this research is to discover the reality of the role of the Holy Qur’an memorization schools and the Community Development association and Care of Holy Qur’an Memorizers in Minya in enhancing the educational responsibility of teachers in those schools towards their students. The result discovered After identifying those practices that reflect the teacher’s educational responsibility towards their learners, and the roles that should be carried out by those schools and these associations in promoting this educational responsibility, and submitting proposals to develop the role of these schools and that associations in promoting the educational responsibility of its teachers to achieve the educational responsibility role. The research used the descriptive approach. questionnaire was applied to (438) teachers of Holy Quran memorization schools in Minya to achieve the goal of the study. The research reached some findings as: In general, an (average) achievement was observed for the role of these schools and these associations in enhancing the educational responsibility of its teachers. It focused on strengthening some ethical, moral, and legal practices without expanding on the mechanisms and practices of enhancing the educational responsibility of its teachers. To achieve the educational role, the research present recommendations as:
Approval of an educational diploma program for teachers in these schools, in cooperation with the competent authorities. issuing a guide for teachers with the educational competencies necessary for them, supported by effective applied activities. Designing a card to evaluate the annual performance of these teachers according to the competencies, tasks, and educational responsibilities and working with them. There must be cooperation between these Schools and education experts at universities and educational institutes to provide them with continuing professional development; To make them aware of their educational responsibilities towards their students. There must be encouragement for sincere teachers in their educational performance with their students financially and morally. The name of the schools must be changed to “Schools for Teaching the Holy Quran” to be assimilated with its goals and mission.
