تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بجامعة جنوب الوادي

سعي البحث الحالي إلى تعرف متطلبات تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات, بما يسهم في الارتقاء بمنظومة التعليم الجامعي المصري، ويدعم بناء جامعات مصرية عصرية؛ وذلك من خلال: التعرف علي الإطار النظري للميزة التنافسية في الجامعات في ضوء الأدبيات التربوية, وتعرف متطلبات تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في جامعة جنوب الوادي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم, واستخدام البحث المنهج الوصفي؛ وطبق استمارة استطلاع رأي كأداة علي عينة عشوائية تضمنت 50 عضو هيئة تدريس, ومعاون بكليات (التربية بقنا, العلوم, الزراعة, الطب, الآداب, التربية النوعية), وتوصلت النتائج إلي أن: من أهم المتطلبات التي تدعم نجاح جامعة جنوب الوادي وتمهد وصولها إلي مراتب تنافسية متقدمة؛ هو تحقيق سمعة عالمية معترف بها في البحث العلمي والتدريس, وتطوير تخصصات متميزة, وجذب أفضل الطلاب, وامتلاك  وتخريج الكفاءات من الطلاب وهيئة التدريس, وإعداد مواطن عالمي يمكنه العمل في الأسواق المحلية والدولية؛ وأنه علي  الرغم من الجهود التي تبذلها جامعة جنوب الوادي من أجل تحسين أدائها للارتقاء بجودته وكفاءته؛ إلا أن هذه الجهود مازالت تواجه العديد من جوانب القصور التي تعوقها عن تحسين أدائها بشكل مرغوب؛ منها: ضعف تلبية الاحتياجات الراهنة للتقدم الاقتصادي, والاجتماعي, وافتقاد بعض من المقومات الداعمة للعملية التعليمية والبحثية، وقلة الفرص لإقامة شراكات علمية فعالة مع المؤسسات, والهيئات المختلفة.

Abstract
The current research aimed to identify the requirements for achieving competitive advantage in universities, in a way that contributes to the upgrading of the Egyptian university education system, and supports the building of modern Egyptian universities; This involves: familiarizing the theoretical framework for competitive advantage in universities in the light of the educational literature; identifying the requirements for achieving competitive advantage at South Valley University(SVU) from the point of view of teaching staff and their associates; and using the descriptive method of research; A survey form was used as a tool on a random sample that included 50 faculty members and associates of the faculties (Education in Qena, Science, Agriculture, Medicine, Literature and Quality Education). The results were that one of the most important requirements was to support the success of SVU and pave the way for it to attain competitive and advanced positions; To achieve a recognized international reputation for scientific research and teaching, to develop outstanding specialties, to attract the best students, to acquire and produce qualified students and faculty, and to develop a global citizen who can work in domestic and international markets; That despite efforts by SVU to improve its performance to enhance its quality and efficiency; However, these efforts continue to face many shortcomings, hindering a desirable improvement in their performance; These include: poor response to current needs for economic and social progress; lack of some support for the educational and research process; and lack of opportunities for effective scientific partnerships with various institutions and bodies.
