التربية انعكاس لما يحدث في المجتمع ، إذا كان المجتمع يدعم الإبداع ويشجع التميز ، فالتربية تهتم بتنشئة التلاميذ لكي يكونوا مبدعين وإذا كان المجتمع يعزز التقليد والتفكير النمطي فستعمل التربية على ذلك ، هكذا فإن الإبداع مسئولية المجتمع ككل بكافة مؤسساته وإن كانت المدرسة تتحمل العبء الأكبر في ذلك , والعلاقة بين الإبداع والتربية (التنشئة الاجتماعية للفرد) ، أمر أكدته العديد من الأبحاث العلمية في التربية وعلم النفس , وذلك من خلال تدريب التلميذ على العمل الشخصي والبحث الذاتي المستقل , وإفساح المجال أمام أصحاب المواهب الفذة ، وتعريف الصغار على عالم العلم والتكنولوجيا واستخدام العقل الذي بين أيديهم والذي يفوق العقل الذي في رؤوسهم ، وتنمية روح النقد والتحليل والمناقشة وتكوين القدرة على المبادرة وغير ذلك , وتؤكد دراسة رمضان القذافي : أن الكثير من التربويين يرون أنه من الواجب التخلي عن المفهوم العقلي والموسوعي الخالص للتربية ، وتبني مفهوم أرهف وأشمل، قوامه تنمية جانب من تذوق المعارف، والقدرة على التغير والتغيير والإبداع.

Thus, creativity is the responsibility of society as a whole with all its institutions, even if the school bears the greatest burden in that , and the relationship between creativity and education (the socialization of the individual), something confirmed by many scientific researches in education and psychology, through training the student on personal work and independent self-searching, giving way to those with outstanding talents, and introducing young people to the world of science and technology and the use of the mind that In their hands, which exceeds the mind in their heads, and the development of the spirit of criticism, analysis and discussion and the formation of the ability to initiate and so on, and confirms the study of Ramadan Gaddafi:Many educators believe that it is necessary to abandon the pure intellectual and encyclopedic concept of education, and to adopt a more subtle and comprehensive concept, based on the development of an aspect of the taste for knowledge, and the ability to change, change and creativity.
