تطوير وحدات التدريب لتحسين كفاءة المعلمين في التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء معايير الجودة دراسة ميدانيه بمحافظة قنا

        هدف البحث إلى: تحديد واقع وحدات التدريب بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي وانعكاس ذلك على كفاءة المعلمين في التعليم الابتدائي وذلك في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، و اعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة له طبقت على عينة من مسئولي وحدات التدريب من معلمي المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة قنا وتكون مجتمع البحث من مسئولي وحدات التدريب بالمدارس الابتدائية في محافظة قنا بجمهورية مصر العربية وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية تم تطبيق البحث عليها، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، ان واقع وحدات التدريب في التعليم الابتدائي ضعيف وتحتاج إلي تحسين لمهامها التي أنشئت من أجلها، ، كما ان هناك ضعف في البرامج التدريبية التي تقدمها وحدات التدريب لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي، يليها ضعف المستوى المهني للمعلمين نتيجة ضعف ما تقدمة وحدات التدريب لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي

"Developing the training Units for Improving Teachers' Competence in Primary Education in Light of Quality Standards"
Abstract
:The study aimed to assess the current status of training units in primary education schools and their impact on the efficiency of primary school teachers in light of total quality standards. The study employed a descriptive research methodology. The study population consisted of training unit officials in primary schools in Qena Governorate, Egypt, and a random sample was selected for application.
      The study yielded several key findings, the most significant of which is that the current state of training units in primary education is weak and requires improvement to fulfill their intended functions. Additionally, several obstacles hinder the enhancement of teachers' performance through training within these units and the implementation of quality standards in schools. The study also highlighted the limited role of training units in improving teachers' efficiency in primary education, followed by the inadequacy of training programs offered by these units. Furthermore, the study revealed that the low professional level of teachers is a consequence of the insufficient support provided by training units in primary education.
