Summary:

Thus contributing to the low levels of a number of them, may be up to each failure and the search for emergency exits from the teaching profession Kaltalq administrative work or go completely the field of education. It remains of them is who find help from some fellow veterans or from the school principal or educational supervisor or strive to search sources and the relevant authorities to find appropriate solutions and Itzdoa experience to be able to continue their work.
       So the call to train university students, especially students of the College Basic Education more necessary, as a student at this stage is to become a teacher characterized the ability to think properly and good analysis of things and connecting the general concepts and ideas for this have it that surrounds teaching methods and conscious awareness methods used, and the ability to objective analysis of the phenomena and problems, Bladafah to get used to the assessment of his experiences in the life of a holistic perspective and take advantage of the lessons and the curriculum of university education aims to form human features the ability to think properly, and take Boutraúgah, and conscious awareness methods used in the study, and the ability to objective analysis of the phenomena and problems .
The objective of this research is to identify the effectiveness of training programs and faculty to the student teacher at the Faculty of Basic Education in Kuwait
Through viewing the results and discussed and conclusions reached by the researcher researcher recommends the following:
• Develop a mechanism to activate programs teacher training students at the Faculty of Basic Education.
• adopt a regular program for the development of competencies faculty member in the professional and personal areas and research and extension and skills to serve the community to be mandatory pre-and in-service.

ملخص البحث :
يقبل کثير من المعلمين في بداية حياتهم العملية على مهنة التدريس بشغف وحب ، بيد أن ذلک الاهتمام لا يلبث أن يتناقص مع کل مشکلة جديدة تعترض سبيلهم ولا يجد کثير منهم  من يقدم لهم المشورة اللازمة أو المعلومة الشافية أو الخبرة المفيدة ، حتى تصل الحال يبعضهم إلى مرحلة فقد الاهتمام تمامًا بالعمل ومتطلباته، أو الوصول  إلى فقد الاکتراث بمستجدات الميدان التربوي والتعليمي، ما قد يسهم في انخفاض مستويات عدد منهم ، وقد يصل بعضهم إلى الفشل والبحث عن مخارج طوارئ من مهنة التدريس کالتعلق بالأعمال الإدارية أو الانتقال تمامًا من حقل التربية والتعليم ، ومن يبقى منهم فهو من الذين يجدون عونا من بعض زملائهم القدماء أو من مدير المدرسة أو المشرف التربوي أو يجتهدون  بالبحث في المصادر والمراجع المختصة ليجدوا الحلول المناسبة  ويتزودوا بالخبرة لکي يستطيعوا الاستمرار في أعمالهم.
ولذا فإن الدعوة إلى تدريب طلاب الجامعة وبخاصة طلاب کلية التربية الأساسية أشد ضرورة، حيث إن الطالب في هذه المرحلة يعد ليصبح معلماً يتميز بالقدرة على التفکير السليم والتحليل الجيد للأمور وربط المفاهيم العامة والأفکار، لهذا يکون عليه إن يحيط بطرق التدريس والإدراک الواعي بالأساليب المستخدمة فيها والقدرة على التحليل الموضوعي للظواهر والمشکلات, بالإضافة إلى التعود على تقييم تجاربه في الحياة من منظور شمولي والاستفادة من دروسها، کما أن مناهج التعليم الجامعي تهدف إلى تکوين إنسان يتميز بالقدرة على التفکير السليم، والإحاطة بطرائقه، والإدراک الواعي بالأساليب المستخدمة في دراسته ، والقدرة على التحليل الموضوعي للظواهر والمشکلات. 
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية البرامج التدريبية والتدريسية للطالب المعلم بکلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الکويت.
ومن خلال عرض النتائج ومناقشتها ومن خلال الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها يوصي الباحث الآتي:

وضع آلية لتفعيل برامج تدريب الطلاب المعلمين بکلية التربية الأساسية.
تبني برنامج دوري لتنمية کفايات عضو هيئة التدريس في المجالات المهنية و الشخصية و البحثية و الإرشادية و الکفايات الخاصة لخدمة المجتمع على أن يکون إلزامياً قبل الخدمة و أثناءها.
