        تشهد عملية التعليم الجامعي مراجعة شاملة لجميع عناصرها، من خلال تبي استراتيجيات تطويرية تتوافق مع الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة، وتدعم مقومات الجامعات في الكويت لبناء مجتمع المعرفة، والتكيف مع إحداثيات العصر الرقمي؛ فتعمل على الاستفادة من التأثيرات الإيجابية للتكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية، بداية من التخطيط للعملية التعليمية حتى تقويمها، إضافة إلى توجهها لتطبيق أحدث ما توصلت إليه النظريات التربوية، ولم تعد مسؤولية عضو هيئة التدريس تقتصر على المساعدة في إعداد الفرد للمجتمع وللحياة ولدنيا العمل، بل تعدى ذلك إلى تمكينه من مواجهة التحولات والتطورات التي تحدث في مجالات الحياة، وتتطلب ذلك مشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على بناء الخطط الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بتطوير أداء التعليم الجامعي، باعتبار أنهم الأقدر على معرفة متطلبات المتعلمين ومعرفة الإمكانات المتاحة في المجتمع الجامعي، ويعيشون واقع الحياة الجامعية دراسيا وتحثيا وإدارية، ويعتبر التخطيط الاستراتيجي أحد أهم النماذج الإدارية المعاصرة لإحداث التغيير المنشود في التعليم الجامعي وأحد آليات تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للجامعات، وذلك عبر منجزات تربوية قادرة على سد الاحتياجات من جهة، والتطوير من جهة أخرى، ويساعد التخطيط الاستراتيجي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الكويت على تحديد الأولويات المتعلقة بأهداف التعليم الجامعي في ضوء الميزة التنافسية، التي تتمركز حول تحسين نواتج عملية التعليم والتعلم، وتحسين المستوى التنافسي للجامعة في مجال البحث العلمي، وتقديم خدمات مجتمعية مميزة، حيث يضمن التخطيط الاستراتيجي دراسة الواقع وبناء رؤية ورسالة الجامعة والأهداف الاستراتيجية للجامعة انطلاقا من واقع المجتمع وفلسفته، ومن الإمكانيات الفعلية للجامعة، إضافة إلى قدرته على الاستجابة للتغيرات المنتشرة في البيئة الخارجية والداخلية للجامعة،كان من اهم نتائج البحث : اهتمام الجامعة بالأفكار الإبداعية لبعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس ،عقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس عن متطلبات التخطيط الاستراتيجي.

Abstract

Teaching is limited to helping individuals prepare for society, life, and work, and also enabling them to cope with changes and developments in their field of life, which requires the involvement of teachers in formulating strategic plans. It is related to the development of university education performance, as they are most capable of understanding the requirements of learners and the possibilities available to the university community, and living in the reality of university life in terms of learning, motivation, and administration. Strategic planning is considered one of them. The most important administrative model in contemporary times is to achieve expected changes in university education, which is one of the mechanisms for achieving a competitive advantage of universities. On the one hand, it is achieved through educational achievements that can meet needs, on the other hand, it is development and helps with planning The strategic faculty of Kuwait University determine priorities related to university education goals based on competitive advantages, with a focus on improving the outcomes of the teaching process and enhancing the university's level of competition in this field Scientific research provides unique community services, strategic planning ensures research on reality, and constructs the university's vision, mission, and strategic goals based on social reality, philosophy, and the actual potential of the university. One of the most important research findings on its ability to respond to changes in the internal and external environment of universities is that universities are interested in the creative ideas of some faculty members and offer training courses on planning requirements for faculty members Strategy.
