هدف البحث على التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإستراتيجية بجامعة جنوب الوادي من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية من قيادات جامعة جنوب الوادي (عمداء الكليات، وكلاء الكليات، ورؤساء الأقسام)، وأعضاء وحدات ضمان الجودة والتأهيل للاعتماد، والتخطيط الإستراتيجي، بلغت (213) مستجيبًا، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإستراتيجية بجامعة جنوب الوادي جاءت متوسطة (1,95) من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، وأوصى البحث بدعم جهود الجامعة في إعداد دراسة ملمة بمتطلبات البيئة المحيطة، وتوفير أدوات التحليل البيئي، ووضع آليات لإدارة الموارد المتاحة وتنميتها من خلال خطتها الإستراتيجية، وتعزيز جهود الجامعة في تطبيق الإدارة الإستراتيجية من خلال توفير موارد مالية لتحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية، مع تقديم الدعم الفني لكليات الجامعة، لتطوير خططها الإستراتيجية، وهياكلها التنظيمية.

The reality of strategic management at South Valley University
Abstract
             The aim of the research is to identify the reality of applying strategic management of strategic management at South Valley University from the point of view of the research sample. The research used the descriptive approach by applying a questionnaire to a random sample of leaders of South Valley University (deans of faculties, vice deans, heads of departments), and members of the quality assurance and qualification units for accreditation and planning. strategic management, amounted to (213) respondents, and the results showed that the degree of reality of applying strategic management at South Valley University was average (1.95) from the point of view of the research sample. The research recommended supporting the university's efforts in preparing a study familiar with the requirements of the surrounding environment, providing environmental analysis tools, developing mechanisms to manage and develop available resources through its strategic plan, and strengthening the university's efforts in applying strategic management by providing financial resources to achieve strategic goals, while providing technical support to university colleges, to develop its strategic plans and organizational structures.
