          هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتحقيق متطلبات الجامعات المعززة للصحة في ضوء التحديات الصحية العالمية، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي، والذي اتضح استخدامه في التأصيل النظري للجامعات المعززة للصحة، والتعرف على التحديات الصحية العالمية التي تطرأ على التعليم الجامعي، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن حصول الجامعة على شهادة تعزيز الصحة يتطلب تحقيق مجموعة من المتطلبات الخاصة بالسياسات الجامعية، والمتطلبات الإدارية والمالية، والمتطلبات البشرية، ومتطلبات خاصة بالبرامج والأنشطة الجامعية، ومتطلبات مادية خاصة بالبيئة الجامعية، وأن نجاح مشروع الجامعات المعززة للصحة يتطلب توفير مجموعة من المبادئ الأساسية وفي مقدمتها تشجيع البحث والابتكار وصياغة السياسات والممارسات المعززة للصحة، واستخدام نهج واضح وقائم للتعرف على نقاط القوة وفهم المشكلات الصحية وحلها، وتعزيز الصحة والعمل على تحقيقها في الجامعات من خلال المشاركة الواعية، والتصرف بناءً على مسؤولية عالمية قائمة على قانون" الحق في الصحة".

Proposed vision to achieve the requirements of health-promoting universities in light of global health challenges
Abstract
  The research aimed to present a proposed vision for achieving the requirements of health-promoting universities in light of global health challenges. The current research used the descriptive curriculum, which has been shown to be used in theoretically establishing health-promoting universities and identifying the global health challenges that occur in university education. The research reached a set of results. The most important of which are: that the university obtaining a health promotion certificate requires achieving a set of requirements for university policies, administrative and financial requirements, human requirements, requirements for university programs and activities, and material requirements for the university environment, and that the success of the health-promoting university project requires providing a set of basic principles. First and foremost is encouraging research and innovation, formulating health-promoting policies and practices, using a clear and established approach to identify strengths and understanding health problems and solving them, promoting health and working to achieve it in universities through informed participation, and acting based on a global responsibility based on the “Right to Health” law.
